Preparation & Delivery Times

Order Preparation

Once your payment has been confirmed, we carefully prepare your order within 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), before handing it over to our delivery partner.

Delivery

In mainland France, delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 working days for orders up to 18 bottles.

For larger orders (over 24 bottles), or deliveries to Corsica and islands not connected by bridge, please allow 2 to 6 working days.

In summary: your order will typically arrive within 4 to 8 working days after payment.

If you wish to have your order delivered outside the European zones listed above, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to provide you with a personalised shipping quote, adapted to your destination and the number of bottles.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees include:

At EB WINE, we take great care in preparing and sending your orders. Shipping fees cover:

  • the preparation of your order,
  • secure packaging suitable for transporting bottles,
  • insurance covering your bottles until delivery,
  • as well as the delivery charges.

These fees vary depending on the number of bottles ordered and the delivery country. The exact amount is automatically calculated and displayed in your cart before checkout and after creating your customer account.

Tip: To reduce shipping costs, consider combining items into a single order. Please note that we cannot merge separate orders: separate shipping fees will apply to each.

DPD Predict Delivery – Your Personalized Shipping for delivery

At EB WINE, every shipment benefits from the Predict by DPD service, designed to combine speed, convenience, and flexibility.

As soon as your package is picked up, you will be notified by SMS and email. For France, your order is delivered within 24 to 48 hours; for international deliveries, please allow 3 to 6 days. Then, on the day of delivery, a message will indicate the exact time slot.

With You can easily reschedule your reception up to midnight the day before, or in case of absence:

  • Pickup at a DPD Pickup point (option available in most European countries) or DPD France agency
  • Delivery to another address
  • Delivery on another date

Delivery to French Pickup Points

For any order, enjoy delivery to a pickup point near you! Simply indicate your choice in the "Comment" field during checkout — we’ll take care of the rest.

Dachser Delivery (orders over 18 bottles) – Quality delivery for every recipient

The recipient is informed of the delivery day and time slot by SMS or by phone.
Our local teams contact them directly to arrange a suitable date and time based on their area.

On the day of delivery, a confirmation SMS is sent to remind them of the agreed time slot validated during the call.

In the event of absence, the customer can easily reschedule their delivery by contacting our local teams. The parcel is then routed to the nearest agency. The recipient may also choose to collect their order directly from the agency, provided they inform the team beforehand.

Once your payment is confirmed, our team will prepare your order within 24 hours (working days, excluding temporary closures indicated on the site, such as annual inventory, holidays, or any force majeure events).

Need your order faster? No problem — we can arrange express preparation on request to get it ready as quickly as possible.
