Éric

It all started in 1995, while Éric was studying hospitality. His head sommelier invited him to taste a Château Cheval Blanc 1990. It was during this shared moment that Éric decided to pursue formal wine merchant training in Vannes.

He then honed his expertise in the Paris region, gaining 15 years of valuable experience. A native of Brittany, he returned to his hometown to create his company EBWINE and share his passion for wine.

Lucky, aka Lulu, our mascot!

In charge of customer relations, he joyfully welcomes our clients to the shop and ensures their satisfaction! Thanks to his enthusiasm and cheerful nature, he is a little ray of sunshine.
