This family estate, established at the end of the 19th century, extends over 15 hectares of Sauvignon in the heart of the Quincy appellation. The Mardon estate is the result of the commitment of each generation. In 2002, Hélène Mardon, Pierre's daughter, took over the management of the estate, benefiting from the expert advice of her predecessors. In the winery, the wines are produced according to tradition, while integrating the latest technical and oenological advances, with a constant concern for improving quality.
