The Quincy 2023 is a dry white wine from the Quincy appellation, located in the Cher Valley, west of Sancerre. This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc, it is vinified organically, with fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, followed by aging for three months on fine lees, which gives it a beautiful roundness and aromatic complexity. On tasting, it offers a fresh and fruity aromatic expression, with notes of white-fleshed fruits and citrus. The palate is balanced, combining liveliness and roundness, and ends with a slightly saline finish.
