Matthieu Barret has cultivated 10 hectares in the Cornas appellation since 1998, on old granite terraces. It produces 100% grape wines, using very little sulfur for preservation. Domaine du Coulet favors organic and biodynamic cultivation, precise harvest dates, and the “Biodyvin” specifications which exclude chaptalization and exogenous yeasts.
