This estate is located on the border between Languedoc and Roussillon, in Catalonia and close to the Spanish border.

Children of Alsatian winegrowers, Mireille and Pierre Mann first learned to delight the senses through cuisine; hosting guests in their restaurant was a shared pleasure. Then, a desire turned into a need: to "Return to Their Roots." They left everything behind to start their lives anew.

Their goal is to delight the senses through the glass and to share this pleasure.
