Michel Redde is a historic winemaker from Pouilly-sur-Loire, descended from a line of winemakers dating back to the 17th century. In the 1950s, with his wife Simone, he revived and expanded the family estate, planting new vines and building the La Moynerie winery, which introduced their wines to travelers on the Route Nationale 7. Today, the Michel Redde & Fils estate cultivates around forty hectares, primarily planted with Sauvignon Blanc, using a plot-by-plot approach and meticulous work with the terroir.
