An emblematic figure of Châteauneuf, Henri Bonneau left us in the spring of 2016. He inscribed his estate in the legend of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. To produce his great wines, he had a simple recipe: meticulous work in the vines and long aging, sometimes 6 to 10 years, without new wood. This rather discreet man was able to maintain a noble life as a winegrower and winemaker.
