Vincent Paris, a winemaker in Cornas since 1997, produces remarkable wines on nearly ten hectares, inherited from his grandfather. He cultivates appellations such as Cornas, Saint Joseph and Crozes Hermitages, and has owned the famous Geynale vineyard since 2007. Vincent makes blends to create his Cornas Granit 30° and Granit 60°. Concerned about the environment, he practices sustainable cultivation without insecticides or chemical fertilizers.
