Nicolas Rossignol, with his family experience, founded his estate in Volnay in 1997 with three hectares of vines. In 2011, it merged with the Rossignol-Jeanniard estates, bringing the surface area to 17 hectares. The estate uses a reasoned approach to viticulture, influenced by the lunar cycle, without chemical herbicides. Nicolas Rossignol produces 28 vintages from Pinot Noir, mainly from Côte de Beaune appellations, notably Pommard and Volnay, including prestigious vintages such as Pommard premier cru “Épenots” and Volnay premier cru “Santenots”, offering refined wines with supple tannins.
