An elegant and pure Cornas, a faithful reflection of the appellation's steep granite terraces. Made from 100% Syrah from vines aged 40 to 55 years old, cultivated organically and biodynamically, this wine is vinified with indigenous yeasts, without added sulfur or filtration to preserve the purity of the fruit and the minerality of the terroir. The nose reveals ripe black fruits, violet, sweet spices and a subtle smoky touch. The palate, powerful yet elegant, combines dense body, silky tannins and balancing freshness.
