OUR TEAM

Éric

It all began in 1995 when Éric was studying catering; his head sommelier invited him to taste a 1990 Château Cheval Blanc. It was during this moment of sharing that Éric decided to start training as a wine merchant (caviste) in Vannes.

He then honed his expertise in the Paris region, accumulating 15 years of valuable experience. Originally from Brittany, he returned to his home region to create his company, EBWINE, and share his passion for wine.

Charlotte

With a Master's degree in Tourism, Charlotte dedicated over 15 years of her professional life to this field. In August 2023, she chose to venture into a brand new universe—that of wine—and decided to join Éric to begin this new professional journey.

Together, they now share a common goal: to introduce their hidden gems and promote the work of the winemakers (vignerons).
