This cuvée is a gem of freshness from Charly Thévenet. From the Régnié terroir, the youngest of the Beaujolais crus, it expresses all the finesse of Gamay on granitic sand soils. This wine is organically grown and vinified according to the family's pure "natural" tradition: indigenous yeasts, carbonic maceration, and aging in tanks to preserve crisp fruit. The 2023 vintage offers a perfect balance between ripeness and vibrancy. On the palate, it's a quintessential "glou-glou" wine: notes of tart red berries, a touch of floral aroma, and a fluid texture with almost no tannins.
