The 2023 Reverdon from Château Thivin is the very expression of the lusciousness and freshness of Brouilly. This terroir of pink granite gives the wine a suppleness and immediate aromatic vibrancy. This 100% Gamay is organically grown. True to the estate's traditions, the winemaking prioritizes the fruit, with partial aging in oak casks that adds roundness without overpowering the wine. The 2023 vintage is distinguished by a perfect balance between juicy ripeness and thirst-quenching vivacity. On the palate, the wine reveals vibrant notes of wild strawberry, peony, and a delicate mineral touch. The tannins are silky, making this Brouilly particularly approachable even in its youth. It is a wine of immediate pleasure, ethereal and remarkably elegant.
