Henri Boillot is a renowned Burgundy winemaker who joined the family estate in Volnay, founded in 1885 by his grandfather. With an ultra-sustainable approach, he works with his son Guillaume to modernize the production of prized white and red wines, notably Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, and Volnay. The estate covers 14 hectares, seven of which are dedicated to white wines.
