Innovative in the soil, respectful of the ecosystem and reducing treatments, he aims to harvest grapes of exceptional quality. Each JM Sélèque cuvée is a delicate alchemy, combining terroir, Champagne grape varieties and careful aging. The JM Sélèque style is distinguished by light champagnes, with fine and flavorful bubbles, with underlying tension and overall harmony.
