Frédéric Savart – L’Ouverture 1er Cru Extra Brut is a refined entry-level cuvée that is highly representative of the Champagne producer's style. It is a Blanc de Noirs Champagne made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from Premier Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims, primarily around Écueil and occasionally Villers-aux-Noeuds. This Extra Brut (very low dosage) reveals fine and elegant bubbles, a beautiful chalky minerality, and clean aromas of fresh fruit (pear, citrus), white flowers, and hints of brioche.
