Les Lavières from Domaine du Puy de l'Ours is a single-varietal Pinot Noir wine from Savigny-les-Beaune, characterized by limestone and clay soils. Vinified in stainless steel vats and aged in oak barrels, it presents aromas of red and black fruits, with notes of undergrowth, vanilla and spices. On the palate, it is fresh, with delicate tannins and a nice persistence.
