In twenty years, Domaine Christophe et Fils has become a major player in Chablis. Sébastien Christophe joined the family estate in 1999 at the age of 23, inspired by his father's work. He invests in micro plots of vines, seeking to do well from the start. Listening to his elders and in constant exchange with the new generation, he makes thoughtful decisions, placing particular emphasis on the vines.
