Guillaume, son of Henri Boillot, has managed the winemaking and vineyards since 2008, while Camille is the fifth generation of winemakers. The estate adopts sustainable agriculture and an environmentally friendly approach. The red wines are aged in oak barrels, with full vinification for gentle extraction and precise aromas.
