The first single-plot cuvée from the R. Pouillon estate, Les Blanchiens, has been critically acclaimed. The blend is composed of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay. The method used is without dosage, therefore "brut nature." This wine reveals a strong and authentic character. A true winemaker's champagne, this cuvée seduces with its bouquet of dried fruits, ripe apricot, almond, and hazelnut. On the palate, its creamy length and beautiful salinity stand out.
