This vintage champagne, 100% Pinot Noir, comes from the prestigious Pierry terroir, classified Premier Cru, and more precisely from the lieu-dit Les Gayères, where the vines were planted in 1974. The clay-siliceous soils, rich in fossil quartz, give the wine a subtle minerality and delicate salinity.
The Soliste cuvée is a pure and precise expression of Pinot Noir, vinified in oak barrels. It offers an elegant nose of fresh red fruits, violets, and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it seduces with its silky texture, fine tannins, and a lingering saline finish.
