This exceptional cuvée is the result of a meticulous selection of seven plots located on the Coteaux Sud d’Épernay, a terroir renowned for its diversity and richness. Each plot, vinified separately, brings its own personality to the blend, creating a perfect harmony between the grape varieties and terroirs.
The Partition 7 Parcelles is a blend of 72% Chardonnay, 14% Pinot Meunier, and 14% Pinot Noir, offering a pure and precise expression of each grape variety. Vinification in oak barrels gives the wine a remarkable aromatic complexity.
