Chinon Chante Le Vent is an exceptional dry white wine, made from 100% Chenin Blanc. Grown biodynamically with 50-year-old vines, this wine is distinguished by its freshness and liveliness, offering a complex aromatic bouquet blending citrus, white flowers, and white-fleshed fruits. The palate is balanced, combining roundness and minerality, with a slightly saline finish that reflects the unique terroir. In an effort to reduce unnecessary packaging, the producer has decided to remove the overcap, which does not alter this cuvée in any way.
