The Château de Fosse-Sèche Arcane 2021 is an exceptional white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc. Grown biodynamically (Biodyvin and Ecocert certified), it comes from young vines located on the Plateau de Brossay, a unique terroir in Saumur. This wine offers a full and silky palate, with aromas of yellow plum, green fig, gingerbread, and peach. A slight salty touch on the finish prolongs the taste experience.
