As usual at the Gramenon estate, vinification is done with native yeasts, accompanied by macerations of around fifteen days, producing fluid and silky wines. This is truly the imprint of the estate... Whether with Grenache or Syrah, it is a perfect example of mastery of natural wines, something that we rarely encounter!
