This 100% Gamay Noir with white juice comes from organically grown vines. Vinification follows the estate's traditional method (semi-carbonic maceration of whole bunches) with a short aging period in oak casks to refine the tannins while preserving the fruit's vibrancy. The 2023 vintage offers a beautiful aromatic density while maintaining great fluidity. On the palate, the wine reveals notes of small black fruits, fine pepper, and violet. Its structure is crisp, supported by a granitic minerality that gives it a flavorful and refreshing finish. This is the perfect wine for sharing, both serious in its production and joyful in its enjoyment.
