In the heart of Languedoc, Domaine Gayda in Brugairolles, created by Tim Ford, Anthony Record and Vincent Chansault, is a former coaching inn from 1749, transformed into luxurious accommodation and vineyards. In 2004, a winery was built, followed by a gourmet restaurant. The team, guided by the “Quality through Integrity” philosophy, produces authentic wines through a balance between artisanal tradition and modern innovation.
