Sébastien Brunet took over the family vineyards in 2006, inheriting 3 hectares of Chenin Blanc in Vouvray. With his wife Géraldine, they expanded the estate to 16 hectares, located near Chançay, where the cellar is housed in 16th-century tuffeau galleries. Favoring a natural approach, the vineyard is certified organic, without machines or chemicals, and uses natural yeasts for winemaking. The Méthode Traditionnelle and Arpent vintages come from flint-rich soils, while the Renaissance vintage reflects the clay-limestone terroir.
