Domaine Sylvain Pataille, located in Marsannay-la-Côte, Burgundy, was founded in 1999 by Sylvain Pataille, a trained oenologist. Over time, he expanded his vineyards to approximately 15 hectares, with the help of his brother Laurent. The estate is certified organic and practices viticulture that respects biodiversity, closely aligned with biodynamic principles, by limiting inputs and working the soil with care. The wines are primarily made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Aligoté grapes, and are distinguished by their purity, expression of the terroir, and natural elegance.
