Les Terres Fines is a vibrant tribute to the Premier Cru terroir of Cuis. Here, the Chardonnay draws its strength from the exposed chalk, resulting in a wine of remarkable verticality and surgical precision. Partly aged in oak barrels to impart a silky texture, this Champagne nevertheless rejects all artifice: it is the pure expression of the mineral. The nose bursts with freshness, revealing notes of apple blossom, lime zest, and an almost iodine-like saline touch. On the palate, the attack is crisp, carried by an exceptionally fine effervescence. The structure is taut and precise, lingering on a chalky and thirst-quenching finish. A great Blanc de Blancs for the discerning palate, ethereal and profound.
