This 100% Chardonnay (Blanc de Blancs) is a direct immersion into the chalky soils of the Avize Grand Cru.Roc Solare lives up to its name. Originating from the Flavigny terroir, this cuvée is an invitation to discover a generous Champagne, bathed in light yet rooted in stone. Composed primarily of Chardonnay (approximately 80%) complemented by Pinot Noir, this wine benefits from careful aging in oak barrels, which imparts an irresistible texture. On the nose, it's a festival of ripe yellow fruits (peach, mirabelle plum) intertwined with notes of toasted hazelnuts and dried flowers. On the palate, the contrast is striking: the attack is fleshy and ample, almost creamy, before being overtaken by a saline tension and a chalky finish that evokes the nobility of the subsoil. A champagne that mirrors the sun and the rock, perfect for haute cuisine.
