"Soirée d'Hiver en Pays Aubois" is a Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in vineyards located in Celles-sur-Ource and Essoyes, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, the grape variety's preferred terroir. The 2022 vintage, bottled under cork and with no added sugar, offers a pure and precise expression of both the fruit and the terroir. Limited production: only 6,195 bottles.
