This cuvée is the Croisille family's modern and joyful interpretation of Malbec. The 2023 Croizillon breaks with the historical conventions of Cahors to offer a wine for immediate enjoyment, prioritizing suppleness and fruit over extraction. Technically, this 100% Malbec is certified organic. Vinification is designed for lightness: a short maceration and aging exclusively in concrete tanks to preserve all the freshness of the grapes without any oak influence. The result is a thirst-quenching wine, low in tannins. On the palate, it's an explosion of fresh black fruits (blackberry, blueberry) with a touch of licorice. This is Malbec in its purest and most unpretentious form.
