She’s Electric by Pierre Borel is a naturally sparkling wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes grown organically on the estate's vineyard in Bourgueil, Loire Valley. The winemaking process follows traditional methods: fermentation in tanks, natural secondary fermentation, refermentation with selected yeasts, no filtration or extensive clarification, and very few added sulfites. The wine has an alcohol content of approximately 10.5%. The aromatic profile is vibrant: green apple, pear, and yellow citrus zest, with a lively, saline acidity that gives it a lovely tension. It is a fresh, crisp, and energetic sparkling wine, ideal for celebrating the moment or accompanying a light aperitif.
